We're not there yet but it reminds us of the flood of 2005.
Here's a few pics from that day; 30 June 2005 - the only day in the Club's history it was closed. A small number of staff made it through (just) only to find by mid morning Minjungbal Drive (the old Pacific Highway) was closed at both ends.
We eventually left in the early evening as the water subsided.
So proud of our staff, great food, friendly attentive service and the room looked a treat!
HUGE congrats to our lovely ladies who not only looked fantastic but together with a little help from the main Club will now be donating $500 shortly to this very worthwhile cause.
Special mention to the fellas who played on the day and also dressed for success!
